KKB INSURANCE LTD is hiring an Administrative assistant to carry out the activities and responsibilities listed in the job description. Full job description

The candidate chosen is responsible for:

  • Scheduling and confirming the appointment
  • Responding to electronic inquiries
  • Gathering statistics and other information
  • Directing people to contacts or service area
  • Implementing office routines and procedures
  • Coordinating conferences and other events
  • Recording minutes for seminars and conferences
  • Updating database regularly
  • Overseeing upkeep of office equipment
  • Providing general support to visitors
  • Maintaining office policies and procedures
  • Providing assistance to other administrative team members
